Orrick Adds Sandoval to Financial & Fintech Advisory Practice

Ignacio Sandoval has joined Orrick as a partner in the financial and fintech advisory practice in Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Sandoval advises broker-dealers and securities related service providers on regulatory challenges emerging in the securities market, according to Orrick. He has particular expertise with matters before the SEC, FINRA, and other self-regulatory organizatons.

He most recently served as a partner with Morgan Lewis.
