Agatha Kluk joined Orrick as a partner in its technology companies group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Kluk advises founders, operators, board members and venture investors throughout the lifecycle from formation to venture financing to exit in the consumer tech, AI, health and wellness, fintech and cleantech sectors. She counsels clients in the New York tech ecosystem, the firm said.
She joins from Perkins Coie.
