Orrick Adds Cécile Mariotti as Transactions Tax Partner in Paris

Cécile Mariotti joined Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe as a tax partner in Paris, the firm announced Monday.

Mariotti advises on the tax aspects of French and international transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, restructurings, private credit, and other financings, the firm said. She also advises on matters involving employee stock offerings and management packages.

She joins from Latham & Watkins.
