Bart Kempf joined Orrick as a partner in its environmental practice in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Kempf advises clients on federal and state environmental permitting before governmental agencies, as well as on considerations related to the development, financing, and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects. He represents companies in the energy, clean tech, oil and gas, real estate development, chemical, distribution and logistics, and manufacturing industries, the firm said.
He joins from Bradley Arant Boult Cummings.
