Laura Bagarella has joined Orrick as a partner with the compensation and benefits group in New York, the firm said Monday.
Bagarella advises on the design and implementation of cash and equity-based incentive arrangements as well as the negotiation of executive employment and separation agreements, according to Orrick. She also provides advice on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions in regards to the compensation and benefits aspects.
She joins from Cleary Gottlieb.
