Alejandra Garcia Earley has joined Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe as a partner with the energy and infrastructure team in Chicago, the firm said Monday.
Garcia Earley guides tax equity investors, developers, sponsors and lenders on project development through financings, according to Orrick. She also helps clients take advantage of tax incentives while structuring renewable energy transactions.
She previously practiced at Greenberg Traurig and as in-house counsel with the EPC branch of the Madrid-based energy company Iberdrola, Orrick said.
