O’Melveny Snags Paul Hastings California Private Equity Partner

Jeffrey Wolf rejoined O’Melveny as a partner in its mergers & acquisitions practice and private equity industry group in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Wolf, who previously worked at the firm as an associate, represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other strategic buyers and sellers in public and private M&A transactions, including domestic and cross-border stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. He also advises portfolio companies on corporate governance matters, the firm said.

He joins from Paul Hastings.
