O’Melveny Rehires David Ni as Capital Markets Partner in NY

David Ni has rejoined O’Melveny as a partner in its capital markets practice group in New York, the firm announced Monday.

Ni represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings, the firm said. He also advises on offerings of investment-grade and high-yield debt and convertible notes, as well as PIPEs, private placements, and hybrid securities transactions.

He is returning to the firm from Sidley Austin.
