O’Melveny Recruits Wann to Corporate Finance Group (Correct)

Robert Wann Jr. has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its corporate finance practice group in New York, the firm said Monday.

He focuses on leveraged finance and acquisition financings, advising public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and banks, according to O’Melveny.

Wann, who joins from Baker Botts, also deals with high-yield and investment-grade bonds, syndicated loans, club loans, tender offers, exchange offers, and cross-border transactions, O’Melveny said.
