O’Melveny Recruits Private Credit Transaction Trio From Katten

Glen Lim, Brian Stern, and Daniel Tola—finance lawyers specializing in private credit transactions—have joined the O’Melveny’s Los Angeles and Century City offices as partners in the corporate finance practice, the firm announced Monday.

Lim, Stern, and Tola represent some of the market’s most active non-bank lenders, with a principal focus on direct loans, acquisition financings for private equity and strategic acquirors, and subscription line financings. They also represent bank lenders and corporate borrowers in traditional corporate finance matters, according to the announcement.
