Julian Gurule has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the restructuring practice group in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Gurule has experience guiding clients through distressed and bankruptcy matters and works with the health care, energy, and manufacturing industries as well as the financial services, corporate finance, and private equity sectors, according to O’Melveny.
He served as co-chair of the insolvency and financial law group at Buchalter in Los Angeles, O’Melveny said.
