Andrew Young has joined O’Melveny as a partner in the project development and real estate practice group and energy industry group in Washington, the firm said Wednesday.
Young advises energy market participants on such matters as acquisitions, tax-equity investments, financings, restructurings, wholesale energy market development, and state and federal regulatory issues, according to the firm.
He was a member of the energy and natural resources group at DLA Piper, the firm said.
