O’Melveny Recruits David Carter, Braeden Donnelly as Partners

David Carter and Braeden Donnelly joined O’Melveny as partners in its private equity group in London, the firm announced Wednesday.

Carter and Donnelly focus their practices on advising well-established sponsors and leading firms in the private equity space, the firm said. They work with clients in the technology, health care, financial services, and corporate insurance sectors.

They join from Ashurst.
