Craig Menden joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in its mergers and acquisitions practice group and emerging technologies industry group in Silicon Valley and Newport Beach, Calif., the firm announced Monday.
Menden advises corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions involving technology and life sciences companies. He handles public company acquisitions, venture capital-backed private acquisitions, and strategic investments for clients ranging from startups to established tech companies, the firm said.
He joins from Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
