O’Melveny Recruits Campbell to Corporate Finance Team in London

Greg Campbell has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the corporate finance practice group in London, the firm said Wednesday.

Campbell, who joins from Gibson Dunn, focuses on cross-border acquisitions and leveraged finance, restructuring, and distressed and special-situations transactions as well as regulatory concerns, according to O’Melveny.

He advises public and private companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds, O’Melveny said.
