O’Melveny Names Matthew Syrkin MediaTech Co-Chair in New York

Matthew Syrkin has joined O’Melveny as co-chair of the media and technology group in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Skyrin was the founder and global chair of the media, technology, and commercial transactions group and co-chair of the data privacy and cybersecurity group at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, O’Melveny said.

He advises C-suite executives, technology platform operators, entertainment companies, multinational hardware manufacturers, professional services firms, and start-ups, according to the firm.
