O’Melveny Lures Back Three Prosecutors

O’Melveny & Myers has added three partners to its white collar defense group in Los Angeles.

Jim Bowman, Maggie Carter and David Kirman will return to the firm after stints in the U.S. Attorney’s office in Los Angeles. Bowman served as deputy chief in the major frauds section, and Carter and Kirman worked as assistant U.S. attorneys, according to O’Melveny.
