O’Melveny Hires Kirkland Finance Partner Curran in Singapore

John Curran joined O’Melveny as a partner in its corporate finance practice in Singapore, the firm announced Monday.

Curran advises private equity sponsors, strategic investors, corporates, arrangers, and credit funds on complex financing transactions across the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings throughout Southeast Asia and India. He also advises sponsors, corporates, and private credit clients on investments in special situations involving stressed or distressed companies, the firm said.

He joins from Kirkland & Ellis.
