O’Melveny Hires Ex-FinCEN Deputy Director AnnaLou Tirol in DC

AnnaLou Tirol, former deputy director of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network at the Treasury Department, will join O’Melveny as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm announced Monday.

Tirol will start Oct. 3 as part of the white collar defense and corporate investigations practice group as well as the fintech and national security groups, according to O’Melveny.

She will focus on regulatory issues for clients in the financial services, digital assets, and fintech sectors, the firm said.
