O’Melveny Grabs Structured Finance Partner Duo From Orrick

Howard Goldwasser and Skanthan Vivekananda joined O’Melveny & Myers as partners in its corporate finance practice group in New York and Los Angeles, the firm announced Monday.

Goldwasser and Vivekananda represent arrangers, lenders, asset managers, sponsors, investors, and rating agencies in CLOs and other complex structured financings, the firm said. They work on structuring deals across traditional and esoteric asset classes, including credit cards and consumer loans, trade, telecom, and energy-related receivables, repo-backed note issuances, and music and pharmaceutical royalties.

They join from Orrick.
