O’Melveny Drafts Ex-Senior FTC Trial Attorney as Partner in NY

Peter Herrick has joined O’Melveny as a partner in the antitrust and competition group in New York, the firm said Monday.

Herrick, who served as a senior trial attorney for the Federal Trade Commission, specializes in competition regulatory matters, complex transactions, and litigation, according to O’Melveny.

He has represented clients in civil and criminal antitrust matters, O’Melveny said.
