O’Melveny Adds Williams as Labor, Employment Partner in Dallas

Kimberly Williams has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the labor and employment practice group in Dallas, the firm said Wednesday.

Williams, who served as a member of Locke Lord Edward’s board of directors, will represent clients in labor and employment matters such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour litigation and investigations, according to O’Melveny.

She will also advise on non-competition, non-solicitation, and trade secret litigation as well as employment issues involving corporate transactional matters, the firm said.
