Trial lawyer Danny Ashby has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner in the white collar defense and corporate investigations practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Ashby, who specializes in federal criminal cases, securities class actions and enforcement, moves to O’Melveny from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Dallas, where he led the litigation and white collar teams.
He is the 16th partner to join O’Melveny in Texas since it opened its first offices in the state, in Dallas and Austin, last June, according to the firm.
