O’Melveny Adds Private Equity Partner Brownstein in Century City

James Brownstein has joined O’Melveny & Myers as a partner with the private equity group in Century City, Calif., the firm said Monday.

Brownstein advises private equity sponsors in the middle market on platform investments and add-on acquisitions, according to O’Melveny.

He practiced as a parnter in the M&A and private equity practice at Kirkland & Ellis.
