O’Melveny Adds Holland & Knight Houston Capital Markets Partner

James Brown joined O’Melveny as a partner in its capital markets practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.

Brown, who joins from Holland & Knight, represents issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and SPAC transactions. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public company reporting, SEC compliance and disclosure matters, and corporate finance and related debt restructuring, the firm said.
