Jarryd Anderson has joined O’Melveny from WilmerHale’s financial institutions group and bank regulation and enforcement practice as a partner in Washington, D.C., the firm said Tuesday.
Anderson, who served as a policy adviser at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, will focus on transactional, regulatory, supervisory, and enforcement matters involving financial institutions, banks, fintech companies, and their investors, according to O’Melveny.
He has also held the roles of vice president and assistant general counsel at the Bank Policy Institute, vice president and counsel at TD Bank, and vice president and senior counsel at Wells Fargo, O’Melveny said. Anderson currently chairs the M&A and strategic initiatives subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s banking law committee.
