Denise Scofield joined O’Melveny & Meyers as a general litigation and energy industry partner in Houston, the firm announced Tuesday.
Scofield focuses on energy-related disputes and crisis management, defending industrial clients primarily in the oil and gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and transportation sectors, the firm said.
She joins from Winston & Strawn.
