O’Melveny Adds Capital Markets Partner Michelle Earley in Texas

Capital markets lawyer Michelle Earley has joined O’Melveny as a partner in its Austin, Texas office, the law firm announced Monday.

Earley handles corporate and securities matters for public and private companies, focusing on securities offerings, public disclosures, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, according to O’Melveny.

Earley was co-chair of Locke Lord LLP’s capital markets practice, as well as its diversity and inclusion committee, and a member of the executive committee.

She joins O’Melveny’s growing presence in Texas, where the firm launched two offices—in Austin and Dallas—last year. O’Melveny poached a five-partner corporate group Locke Lord in January.
