Douglas Lionberger joined O’Melveny as a partner in its capital markets practice in Houston, the firm announced Monday.
Lionberger represents both issuers and underwriters in public offerings, including traditional IPOs, follow-on offerings, and de-SPAC transactions. He also advises on M&A deals, private equity transactions, and securities law matters, the firm said.
He joins from Holland & Knight.
