Gregory Jaske joined Olshan Frome Wolosky as a partner in its real estate law practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Jaske represents developers, owners, family offices and institutional investors in real estate transactions. His practice focuses on negotiating and structuring commercial real estate joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ground leasing, and borrower side financings, the firm said.
He joins from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo.
