Ogletree Recruits Delta Labor Counsel to Co-Lead Aviation Group

Chris Puckett joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in its Atlanta office, the firm announced Tuesday. Puckett will co-chair the firm’s Aviation Industry Group alongside Memphis shareholder Chris Harrison.

Puckett oversaw Delta Air Lines’ grievance, internal investigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration processes for unionized employee groups. He also negotiated and administered collective bargaining agreements, handled Railway Labor Act and National Labor Relations Act matters, and provided day-to-day labor and employment law counsel for unionized and non-unionized groups, the firm said.

He joins from Delta.
