Ogletree Grows SF Employment Practice With Ex-Saber Lawyer Bogue

Maureen Bogue joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in its San Francisco office, the firm announced Monday.

Bogue advises employers on workplace issues, including leaves of absence, disability accommodations, wage and hour compliance, performance management, and workforce restructuring. She also has experience defending employers in wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, failure-to-accommodate cases, and conducting workplace investigations addressing harassment, discrimination, retaliation, pay equity, conflicts of interest, and fraud, the firm said.

She joins from Saber Law Group, according to her LinkedIn profile.
