Ogletree Deakins Rehires Employment Lawyer in Austin (Correct)

Daniel Verrett joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in its labor and employment practice in Austin, the firm announced Tuesday.

Verrett leads and manages labor and employment matters on behalf of management and provides proactive advice and counsel to employers on employment law issues. He conducts on-site workplace investigations, prepares company witnesses for testimony, and defends depositions, the firm said.

He joins from Jackson Lewis, where he served as attorney coach and trainer. He previously worked at Moreland Verrett, where he served as shareholder and co-owner after a five-year stint with Ogletree Deakins.
