Frank Birchfield rejoined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.

Birchfield’s practice involves supporting employers in union relations, including defending unfair labor practice proceedings and labor arbitrations, the firm said.

He joins from Vice Media Group, where he was vice president of labor and employment.
