Jennifer Santa Maria rejoined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in San Diego, the firm announced Tuesday.
Santa Maria’s practice focuses on day-to-day advice and counsel to employers on recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotion, performance management, discipline, leaves of absence, disability accommodation, termination, and reductions in force, the firm said.
She joins from the California Department of Justice, where she was deputy attorney general for the employment and administrative mandate section.
