Arturo Ross has joined the Miami office of Ogletree Deakins as a labor and employment law shareholder, the firm said Wednesday.
Ross handles collective bargaining agreements, labor arbitrations, election campaigns, and strategic labor relations planning, according to the firm.
He has negotiated hundreds of labor contracts across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, construction, hospitality, higher education, the firm said.
He joins from Fox Rothschild.
