Ogletree Deakins Hires Olschewske as Shareholder From Instacart

Sara Olschewske rejoined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in its Greenville, S.C. office, the firm announced Monday.

Olschewske’s practice focuses primarily on traditional labor relations, including representing employers before the National Labor Relations Board. She represents employers in union campaigns and negotiations and defends them in grievance and arbitration procedures, unfair labor charges, objections to elections, and NLRB hearings and trials, the firm said.

She joins from Instacart, where she served as senior labor and employment counsel.
