Ogletree Deakins Hires Jason Plowman as Litigation Shareholder

Jason Plowman joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in the Salt Lake City office, the firm announced Monday.

Plowman’s practice focuses on employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, in both the single-plaintiff context as well as in class actions, collective actions, and multi-plaintiff litigation, the firm said.

He also regularly partners with clients to deliver solutions regarding federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations ranging from Family and Medical Leave Act administration and reasonable accommodations to reductions in force and Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act compliance, Ogletree Deakins said.
