Karen Baillie, Terri Imbarlina Patak, and Katrina Clingerman have joined Ogletree Deakins as shareholders, the firm said Wednesday.
Baillie, who joins from Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, advises and defends educational institutions. She joins Ogletree Deakins’ Pittsburgh office.
Patak arrives from Jackson Lewis and will also join the Pittsburgh office. She counsels and defends employers across a range of labor and employment issues, said Ogletree Deakins.
Clingerman joins in the Indianapolis office after serving with the Associate General Counsel for Indiana University Health, Inc, according to the firm. She brings employee benefits and healthcare experience.
