Ogletree Deakins Adds to Workplace Safety Practice in Raleigh

Michael Rubin has joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in Raleigh, N.C., the law firm said Monday.

Rubin was previously a partner at Goldberg Segalla, where he served as chair of the firm’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration and worksite safety practice group, Ogletree said. He also was co-leader of Goldberg Segalla’s construction practice group, according to Ogletree.

Rubin has experience advising and representing employers on managing workplace safety matters. He also manages accident investigations and assists employers in the OSHA inspection process, the firm said.
