Ogletree Deakins Adds Carly Grey as Shareholder in Washington

Carly Grey has joined Ogletree Deakins as a shareholder in Washington, the firm said Wednesday.

Grey, who served as a partner at Morgan Lewis, counsels employers on employee benefits and executive compensation matters, according to Ogletree Deakins.

She provides advice on executive and deferred compensation arrangements, equity and incentive plans, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, public company reporting, compensation governance, and mergers and acquisitions, Ogletree Deakins said.
