Francesco “Fran” DeLuca rejoins Ogletree Deakins as an employment law shareholder in the Boston office, the firm said Tuesday.
DeLuca, who also will be working in Providence, Rhode Island, advises clients on a full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, class actions, workforce management, whistleblowing and compliance, and unfair competition and trade secrets, according to the firm.
He has represented clients in various industries that have included financial services, tech, healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing, the firm said.
He joins from Epstein Becker & Green.
