Harold Jones, Natalie Fujikawa and Emma Redden joined Ogletree Deakins as shareholders, the firm announced Tuesday. Jones rejoined the firm in San Francisco, while Fujikawa joined in Sacramento and Redden joined in Portland.
Jones represents organizations in complex employment litigation and provides counsel on California workplace issues, including wage and hour compliance, reasonable accommodations, and background checks. He defends employers of all sizes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies across multiple industries, the firm said.
