Oaktree Capital Director Jumps to Proskauer in London Office

Martin Graham joined Proskauer as a partner in its private equity transactions team in London, the firm announced today.

Graham joins from Oaktree Capital Management, where he was a managing director. He has led investment teams across a range of private equity strategies, including sourcing opportunities, co-leading legal and transaction execution, and serving on investment committee and portfolio company boards, the firm said.
