Nvidia Says It Has ‘Not Been Subpoenaed’ by Justice Department

Nvidia Corp. said it has not been subpoenaed by the US Department of Justice in response to a report by Bloomberg News Tuesday that the federal agency has sent it and other companies subpoenas as part of an inquiry into whether the chipmaker violated antitrust laws.
