NuScale Power Names Shahram Ghasemian as Chief Legal Officer

Shahram Ghasemian joined NuScale Power Corp. as chief legal officer and corporate secretary, the firm announced Monday.

Ghasemian has experience with legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters within the nuclear sector and the federal government, the firm said.

Ghasemian joins from Centrus Energy Corp., where he served as senior vice president, general counsel, chief compliance officer, and corporate secretary.
