Chip Gage joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its corporate finance practice in Dallas, the firm announced Thursday.
Gage represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions. His practice spans leveraged buyout financings, acquisition financings, leveraged recapitalizations, working capital facilities, workouts and restructurings, the firm said.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
