Novartis AG blocked MSN Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.’s attempt to launch a copy of its blockbuster Entresto before July 16, as a federal appeals court denied MSN’s request to pause an injunction and fast-track its appeal of a judgment enforcing pediatric exclusivity.
