Johanna Schmitt has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in New York, the firm said Monday.
Schmitt focuses on trademark, trade dress, domain name, copyright, false advertising, licensing, and contract issues, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
She joins from Kirkland & Ellis, Norton Rose Fulbright said.
