Gabriella (Gabby) Orengo Lyons joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice in Dallas, the firm announced Tuesday.
Lyons advises family offices and family-and founder-owned businesses in investment management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning, and formulating and navigating governance structures, the firm said.
She advises boards of directors and senior management on strategic planning, transactions, risk management, fiduciary obligations, regulatory compliance, and shareholder communications, the firm said.
